再来週からアジア選手権が中国のヘイニングで開催されます。
日本選手は、韓国、台湾、中国の強豪国にどれだけ挑めるかですね。
アジア選手権は、もともと３部門（スピード、ホッケー、フィギュア）の競技が同時に開催され個々の種目表彰とそのポイントで総合の国別の表彰もあり、なかなか白熱する大会でした。現在は、諸事情でホッケーが別開催になり、スピードとフィギュアがセットで開催されます。
今回の大会には、Blizzardからも派遣します。メンバーは喜多秀明、喜多健太の２名が参戦。
秀明は、前回のアジア大会でロードの20000ｍで優勝してますので、今回も楽しみです。
現在、アジアでBlizzardは１４個のゴールドメダルをゲット。 メダルを増やせるかな。がんばれ！！

Looking Forward to Roller Sports Championships
During October 11 and October 22,2008 and lasting 11 days, The 13th Asian Roller Sports Championships is to be held in Resort of Tide, Capital of Leather, and Star City of Roller Sports— Haining City for the first time, which is on the bank of the Qiantang River .In recent years, Haining’s cause of Roller Sports has been developing constantly ,There are 100,000 people taking part in it at present and it has broad mass base, At the same time, The world's first International standards indoor speed roller skating rink— Haining International Roller Sports Center is to be completed and go into operation in July, 2008, Which will be the first indoor roller skating rink worldwide that has the most complete hardware capacities and the most advanced equipment, which catches global roller sports organization and roller sports lovers’attention。
As the top—level roller sports event in Asia, The 13th Asian Roller Sports Championships is authorized by Asian Roller Sports Association , hosted together by Society and Sports Center of the General Administration of Sport of China, Chinese Roller Sports Association, Zhejiang Provincial Sports Bureau and People’s Government of Haining. Then more than 1000 athletes, officials and attendants in nearly 20 countries and regions, including China, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Macau, China, Chinese Taipei, India, Indonesia, Singapore will come to participate in this tournament. This is the first major international sports event in China after 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and gets full support and strong concern from Chinese Government, Asian countries and global roller sports lovers.
The 13th Asian Roller Sports Championships is to be hosted in Haining, which not only shows the popularization and promotion of roller sports in Haining, but also is a major initiative to accelerate globalization, it offers a rare stage to enhance Haining’s international influence, show Haining’s image and develop Haining’s industry.
This Asian Roller Sports Championships will be conducted global video broadcast by CCTV and Internet. Therefore, both the beautiful city Haining and all enterprises and products that participating in this event will have a golden opportunity to show themselves to the world. The image of Asian even the world will be showed, the sound will be transmitted to the world, Economic and trade cooperation opportunities with the world will increase because of world—class sports event.
